About this apartment rental
The residence is fully fenced with direct access to the beach with no road to cross. There is a children's playground, a swimming pool (1 adult pool, 1 children's pool with lifeguard supervision in July and August) and a paddle board. The luxury apartment is fully air-conditioned and is located on the first floor. It has two terraces, one of which is in front of the children's playground.
Equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker, fridge. Television: reception of all French satellite channels + Spanish channels. 2 bedrooms (2x150 and 1x80). 2 bathrooms (1 bath and 1 shower). Numbered parking in the basement with elevator access.
Restaurants, public transportation are nearby. You will appreciate my accommodation for the brightness (crossing), the comfort, the fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine), its 2 terraces. My accommodations are perfect for couples and families (with children).
