About this chalet rental
The cozy Panorama Chalet is in a quiet yet central location. It sits on a sunny south-facing slope, surrounded by beautiful nature and mountains. If you’re looking to enjoy a varied vacation in both summer and winter, this is the perfect place for you. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach Zell am See with all its swimming options (beach, swimming spots, water sports), golf courses, and biking and hiking trails. The nearest ski slope is located behind the chalet on the Nagelköpfl adventure mountain. Nearby are the Zell am See-Kaprun cross-country ski trail, as well as famous ski resorts (Skicirkus Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Leogang, Fieberbrunn, Kitzsteinhorn…) Zell am See-Kaprun is part of Austria’s largest contiguous ski area.
The chalet is approximately 220 square meters in size. It offers plenty of space and comfort for the whole family and friends. The living area is spacious and cozy. A living room with a fireplace, a large dining area, a separate TV and game corner, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining nook are at your disposal. The magnificent unobstructed view of the Pinzgau Valley, the tranquility, and the fresh air are a real treat. There are 4 bedrooms on the upper floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The spacious balcony off the master bedroom is the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening while enjoying the beautiful view.
Parking spaces for up to 4 cars are available.
You can get the best milk and fresh eggs at the Nagel farm just around the corner! (Milchhütte). The nearest place to shop is a small supermarket just a few minutes’ walk from the chalet.

This house was a beautiful location, very comfortable, well-deocirated and had many “extras” that we enjoyed. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

We really enjoyed our stay in Walchen. Just 10-15min drive to glacier Kitzsteinhorn or Schmittenhöhe.

This spacious chalet will not disappoint! Plenty of room for the entire family and has everything you need for a nice vacation. Easy to find, has a fully equipped kitchen and everything is modern. Covered parking and close to all the local towns of Kaprun and Zell Am See. Owner is very responsive and easy to reach for any questions. Has fantastic view of the mountains! There is a grill for a BBQ too. Very peaceful neighborhood.
