Niki's Country Cottages - Pickled Pepper Cottage in beautiful Texas Hill Country, Kerrville, TX. 20 minute drive to Fredericksburg, one of Texan's favorite vacation spots! This area of the Hill Country is known for their 279+ wineries, antique shops, restaurants/bars, music, dancing, unique boutiques, large ranches, German heritage with fabulous bakeries/restaurants. Driving into Kerrville will remind you of a European countryside with rooftops "peeking" out of the trees in rolling hills. Guadalupe River meanders through Kerrville and is abuzz with people swimming, kayaking, biking, walking along the river trail. Many amenities nearby & short drives to Canyon Lake for boating, Boerne (darling town!), San Antonio is less than an hour drive. Many unique towns each offering Texas world-renowned hospitality to visitors in their communities. Welcome to another one of our unique cottages, homey, comfortable, warm - we look forward to having you as our guests. Very nice 3 bedroom, 3 bath home in a residential neighborhood. Everything was clean and comfortable . Excellent communication with the owners

We enjoyed the comforts of the cottage. It’s very nicely furnished. Niki was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The furnace is a bit loud, but everything else was great.

My husband and I had a nice quiet get away after all the holiday hustle. The house was very clean and quaint, just didn’t realize it was in a neighborhood.

My family came to Kerrville for a wedding. This was a great place for us to stay. Very updated and lovely decor. Comfortable beds, nice showers, and plenty of room. Great communication with owner ahead of time and absolutely no issues with our stay. Highly recommend!

Great place for us to get away together as a family. We were visiting family in Kerrville and location was perfect for our family to stay and be able to run out and meet.

The place was beautiful and accurately described. Every morning there were deer out front to greet us. Beautiful area and will definitely be staying here again in the future when I’m in the area.

The house was very nice. Beds were great. So very cute inside and out. For sure not a place for little ones. The only thing we all complained about was having to remove the bedding. We all felt like that should be part of house cleaning fee.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Niki's place. It was very clean and in a great location. The host was accommodating and responsive. We appreciated all the extra touches. We'll be back.

Nikki’s Place was clean, spacious and peaceful. The house was decorated beautifully - we could tell the owner took great care in making it look and feel just right. It was a perfect stay for our quick trip.

Beautiful cottage. Easy location to everything we did. Saw deer in the neighborhood every day. Would love to stay here again sometime.

Nice remodeled house. Mattresses in Master and guest bedroom are too soft. Great kitchen living room. Master bedroom is remodeled garage with high ceilings, very spacious. Excellent location for in-City. I lost the key on the first night! Property owner was there in 15 minutes with replacement. Ms. Niki is very nice person and easy to work with. Would go back.

Loved the property and the location! Nice, quiet neighborhood. Not enough tp, though - we had to go out and buy some. We would definitely stay there again!
