About this house rental
Cozy vacation home with 4 rooms and approx. 80 square meters on one level (first floor) for up to 6 people.
Features a fireplace, south-facing terrace with barbecue facilities, a very large garden, and a private outdoor sauna. Located in a quiet, central area in Westerland on Sylt.
Smoking is not permitted.
Dogs are welcome upon request. The garden is fenced but not escape-proof.
Living room:
with a large corner sofa, cozy fireplace, large dining table with 7 chairs, coffee maker, and TV.
Separate kitchen with a 4-burner induction stove, dishwasher, and all amenities.
1st bedroom:
with a double bed (2x80x200cm), built-in closet, and a chair.
2nd bedroom with a double bed (2x90x200 cm), built-in closet, and chair.
3rd bedroom with a box spring bed (140x200 cm), built-in closet, and chair.
Bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
Hallway with a coat rack in the entryway.
Bed linens are provided.
Towels are optional.
The vacation home is located at the quiet end of a cul-de-sac. The center of Westerland, restaurants, shopping, as well as the beach and the promenade are within walking distance. The main train station and the airport are also just a few minutes’ walk away.
