The “Dünen-Residenz” and “Panorama-Residenz” buildings were newly constructed on the property and offer twelve and eight residential units, respectively.

The “Dünen-Residenz,” completed in spring 2021, is located on Wustrow’s famous Strandstraße. Similar to the “Panorama-Residenz,” it was newly built and features twelve and eight residential units, respectively, all of which are accessible by elevator. Each residential unit has a parking space in the underground garage as well as a storage room measuring approximately 5 square meters. The “Park-Residenz” was converted from the existing building of the former Hotel Sonnenhof. Eight self-contained condominiums were created here in accordance with the latest standards.
