This home is in Old Colorado City, a historic area with buildings over 150 years old and charming Old West style. You can easily stroll to restaurants, shops, and more along Colorado Avenue, just a few blocks away. Within a short walk, you'll find Jives Coffee Lounge, OCC Brewpub, and the famous beer cheese soup at Alchemy. For more adventure, drive 5 minutes to Colorado Mountain Brewery or try out different Colorado brews at Trails End Taproom after exploring Red Rocks Open Space. If you're up for more, a quick 6-minute drive leads to Garden of the Gods and the Manitou Incline, where you can hike or take the Cog Railroad up Pikes Peak. Other Things to Note: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. You'll use this code for keyless entry. We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP. -Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -The TV's offer streaming services only for guest's to use their subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out! -This house is not pet friendly, Please be respectful of this rule to keep it safe for any guests who stay after you who might have pet allergies.
