This approximately 35-square-meter one-room apartment on the 2nd floor can accommodate up to 2 people and features charming decor and a west-facing orientation:

• Bathroom: Bathtub
• Kitchen: Small kitchen with window, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment
• Sleeping & Dining: Practical double fold-down bed, dining area, and access to the west-facing balcony
• Entertainment: Color TV with cable and radio
Parking:
A garage can be rented for €8.00 per day
Additional Services:
Upon request, we can provide a linens package (bed linens, terry towels, and dish towels) for €27.00 per person. If you order in advance, your beds will be made upon arrival.

Wir haben schon mehrfach über Frau Derksen unseren Urlaub auf Sylt gebucht. Der Service von Frau Derksen ist erstklassig! Bislang wurde unsere Wünsche stets berücksichtigt und erfüllt. Das Haus "Nordseeresidenz" liegt in einer ruhigen, jedoch sehr zentralem Lage. Die Ferienwohnungen sind schön und gut ausgestattet. Wir werden auch zukünftig über Frau Derksen buchen!
