Terrible, want a full refund.

Room not ready at check-in time, only one coffee cup for three people, no drinking glasses, dirty dishes in dishwasher, no closet, only one wash cloth and hand towel for three people, missing coffee pot for coffee maker, no paper towels for kitchenette, no tissues provided, only one small trash can, no ice on site, no ice trays in full sized refrigerator, stained bed sheets, dirty lamp shade with a smiley face drawn on it, dirty hot tub, when asked person at front desk for additional coffee cups, one given cup was dirty. Needed to use the restroom when arriving, but guest no restroom in lobby. Since our room was not ready front desk let us use employee bathroom. However, there was no toilet paper or paper towels in it. Requested late check out as a courtesy for a least an hour since we had to wait for our room when checking in. Person at front desk said that was fair and did not specify a time we had to checkout. On checkout date was rudely awakened with employee pounding out the door saying we had ten minutes to get out. So the person at the front desk I spoke to previously did not communicate the late check out with the incoming staff. This led to a verbal exchange with the person at the room door telling me checkout is at 10am. Facility definitely not what as advertised and way overpriced. Certainly would not be an extended stay facility, as the name implies. Even though Booking.com gave me $100 credit for price match, I think it’s still way too much money that was charged to me and should be compensated for more than half of what I was charged, which was just under $500 for two nights.

Pleasant and enjoyable!

I liked the location as well as the vending machines too! The dog park was nice as well the tvs are great!

The people can be a bit sketchy and I feel like the security could be a smidge better as well as cleaning

I would stay there again.

Love this property! Will definitely stay again!

Well kept, clean, and quiet.

I had no issues other than coming into the building the security door to get onto our floor didn’t work causing us to have to walk up to the second floor and take the elevator back down to the first floor to get to our room.

Location was easy to find and everything you could need was available in the apt.

Our window faced a freeway exit and was kind of loud. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
