I do not recommend these apartments and especially the 360 Estates agency.

Terrace with view

For all my many years of experience with Booking.com, this is my first entirely negative feedback, because living there almost ruined my vacation. The apartments are generally good, with plenty of space, but there are some downsides that completely outweigh the pluses. The terrace is large, but it faces a noisy street and the doors that open onto that side do not close tightly, so you can hear a lot of noise. Noise. This is probably the biggest minus. There are many buildings around where repairs are being carried out, and the poor sound insulation means that you can constantly hear the noise of jackhammers, drills, grinders, and concrete mixers. And this is all days and even on weekends! So if you plan to stay in the apartment even a little during the day, it will definitely be uncomfortable for you. Especially for families with kids. I am surprised that the operators do not warn about this. That is why I am writing this review so that no one else has their vacation ruined. Operator - 360 Estates. From the first days of our stay, I wrote to them about the noise and the discomfort of staying. When it became unbearable, we decided to move to other apartments. We warned about the premature check-out in advance and asked the management to contact us. It was promised that the management would contact us the next day. But a week passed, and no one even tried to do it. Absolutely. No support or understanding of the problems of tourists. I tried to resolve this issue through Booking.com support, but apart from the words "that we are unable to contact the owners" there was nothing else. So if you, I hope not, suddenly will have any difficulties while staying in these apartments or others that this company is involved in, then there is a good chance that you will be left alone with your issues. I do not recommend these apartments and especially the 360 Estates. I apologize for the long read.

Highly recommend, would stay again 😊

The apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. The balcony and view was amazing. Great Location too, 20 minutes from Valletta and Ferry to Gozo.

everything is great, though sofa is not good for the back, could have been best if TV is smart with Netflix, etc. and extra bed sheets and toilet paper for longer stay of 1 week.
