Not good for a family with friends vacation and the booking.com 4-star rating is wrong

The view

Not suitable for a family vacation. Unclean. Owner said mother had checked in the morning if clean and hopes its clean. Also blamed previous visitors and promised to send them the bill of 100 EUR for cleaning. Well, the host clean himself if necessary. We had to clean to stay there To my surprise the owner asked us to clean ourselves at the check-out or pay 100 EUR for cleaning. Also asked 15 EUR per sheets in cash. I did not pay any and checked with booking.com. They said no such extra payments were stated before reservation and were ready to compensate if i present them the invoice of extra costs. There is said to be 5 bedrooms, in reality its ONLY 2 bedrooms, both with worn out mattresses. One is a small double bed bedroom and the other with a bunk bed for children. Other 3 bedrooms were closet-like boxes with mattresses and without any ventilation or windows. No nets on windows but lots of mosquitos at night. The total size of the house on the map is about 80m2, if one considers walls and little space on second floor i would guess living space is about 85m2 not 120m2 as stated on booking.com. Everything fell apart, the house, its IKEA furniture and appliances. All needs renewal and taking care of by owner's hand which seems missing. At some point the temperature in the fridge was +10C, even so +2 on display, the fridge is half-working, one switch is broken on gas stove, so it was almost impossible to turn one heating plate off. No internet, even so streaming service was promised online. A 1-page instructions paper even had the password for WiFi, no other instructions. For outside door there was a bunch of keys on the porch wall in a slipper. I had to try about 10-12 keys to find the right one. The outside trash cans of the "villa" had not been emptied for some time. Infested with vagaries in piles. The rite of sauna trees was a pile of rubbish. All in all one can get a feeling the owner cares about the yakuzi filters.
