About this apartment rental
Apartment n°12 in the LODGE PERRIERE residence, top-of-the-range facilities, acquired new in 2020. Superb view of the slopes (2 furnished balconies). Served by the shuttle bus at the pool level (100m below). A parking space in front of the building, numbered 6. The nearest ski lift is that of the BOSSONET chairlift.
Two beautiful bedrooms each equipped with a double bed 140x190 and a built-in bathroom (shower for one and jacuzzi bath for the other).
Two bedrooms each equipped with two 80x190 bunk beds.
3 bathrooms in total, 2 toilets, 2 televisions, ethanol fireplace, washing machine-dryer, 2 large balconies each equipped with a small table and two chairs.
Very nice unobstructed view of the mountain and the slopes.
A ski locker at the entrance of the building + device to heat boots.
A parking space (space number 6).
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SWIMMING POOL (MUNICIPAL, next to the apartment) IS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS, ITS REOPENING IS SCHEDULED FOR THE SUMMER OF 2025.
On the other hand, the swimming pool of GRAND BORNAND is open in season.

We had fantastic week staying in Bertrand’s beautiful apartment in La Clusaz. The property was as described and the photos accurate. The kitchen was well equipped and the view from the balcony and bedrooms superb. We loved having evening dinners out on the balcony. You can also access the centre of the village in under 10 mins on foot on the way down and 15 mins on the way back up!
Bertrand was a very responsive host.

Beautifully furnished and well equipped apartment with stunning views across the mountain. Excellent host - responded immediately when needed help getting access and very flexible with check-in and baggage etc. Very useful free ski bus to get to and from the slopes every 10mins... bit of a trek up a steep slippery slope to get to the apartment which would be difficult with kids at the end of the day carrying skis etc but worth it for the view. Sadly there was no pool as advertised due to refurbishment and we were not made aware before arriving so it was disappointing. Great apartment to relax and cook in after a day on the slopes.
