Tiny home also has one TV - High Speed Internet - Outdoor shower - Washing machine & dryer (outside on patio) - Centrally located between Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach. - 2 minute bike ride/5 minute walk to the beach! - Close to Baptist Beaches Hospital, Mayo Clinic, and TPC Sawgrass **One of the bedrooms is accessed by walking through the garage 2 feet (as shown in the pictures), boasts soundproof qualities due to its concrete walls. It also features a dedicated through-the-wall AC unit and abundant natural light. PETS - A pet fee of $150 per stay will be applied for each pet, and an additional $150 fee per additional pet. If you have more than one pet, please contact us after booking, and we will send you a request for the additional pet fee. If a pet is not disclosed before your stay, the unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents. Additionally, a $100 pool cleaning fee will be charged if a pet enters the pool. No pets are allowed in the pool area. GATHERINGS/PARTIES: Gatherings or parties of any kind are strictly forbidden at this property. Hosting a gathering, party, or event will result in a $1,000 fine. SMOKING - Smoking, including the use of cigarettes and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. We employ 'WYND Sentry' technology to monitor indoor spaces for smoke detection. Smoking indoors will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents. Additionally, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged in addition to the regular cleaning fee for any violation of this policy. CHECK-IN - Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee. CITY ORDINANCE - Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents. LOCAL RESERVATIONS - We have a minimum 7 day stay requirement for local guests. If you are local to Jacksonville and book for less than 7 days we reserve the right to ask you to cancel your reservation. FIREARMS - Firearms or any associated items, such as bullets or magazines are prohibited on this property, regardless of licensing. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine upon detection.
