Gute Lage direkt am Westfalendamm und damit nah zum Westfalenpark, zur Innenstadt und zum Phönixsee; hatte ein Zimmer nach hinten raus und es war total ruhig, kein Verkehrslärm; Ausstattung gut und modern; Zimmer nicht besonders groß, aber für einen Kurztrip vollkommen ausreichend; Personal war sehr freundlich, kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel; Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis spitze; ich würde wiederkommen

I liked is quait and lovely staff. Speak english perfectly and i had no difficulty in paying cash at the arrival. Was very clean and smell nice.
The matress on bed was very hard and pillows were very thick. No option to have a thin pillow. Also there was no bidé in the bathroom. The price was very high for 1 beer we bought at the arrival -13€😱😱!!!

Sehr schöne Dusche, alles schien frisch renoviert, richtig tolles Frühstück für 15€.
Personal wirklich sehr freundlich. Ein guter Italiener in Laufnähe.

Bodylotion und Conditioner im Bad wären noch nett vielleicht. Die Seife/Showergel aus dem großen Spender roch aber sehr gut.
Keine Minibar, aber eine kleine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer und in der Lobby eine sehr gute Auswahl an Snacks und Getränken

Parkeren kon vanwege volgeboekt niet voor de deur maar tegen €10/nacht in de parkeergarage. Prima alternatief.
Het was warm op de kamer… gauw 23+ terwijl de klimaatregeling op 15 stond en het 18 was toen we binnen kwamen.

The staff was EXCELLENT. Extremely friendly and professional.
There was no safe or cooler in the room. The towels were rough. I would have liked the option to order dinner there instead of having to have food delivered.

Wir waren für eine Familienfeier in Dortmund. Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig an von Unna kommend am Anfang von Dortmund, so dass man nicht komplett durch fahren muss.
Ein paar mehr Kleiderbügel an der Kleiderstange wären super gewesen

Das Bad war groß und es gab ein Nachtlicht mit Bewegungsmelder.
Alles war gut. Der Parkplatz mit 10 € Gebühr vielleicht etwas teuer.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Frühstück lecker. Alles sehr modern und zufriedenstellend. Gerne wieder. Wir haben eine Nacht in Dortmund verbracht und waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Alles machte einen sehr neuen und gepflegten Eindruck. Die Zimmer waren relativ groß und die Betten in Ordnung. Es gab zwei verschiedene Kissen, so dass man die Wahl hatte.
Leider wurden die bei der Buchung angegebenen Daten nicht übernommen, so das wir alles noch einmal erfassen mussten. Beim Frühstücks-Buffet waren die einzelnen Dinge regelmäßig leer so das man warten musste. Es gab zu wenig Parkplätze am Hotel direkt.

The staff were the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever had. Went above and beyond to help. Would come back again to stay in this modern gem of a hotel!
Not the liveliest part of the city, but you can quickly catch the trams few stops to the city centre.

Mooi hotel naast een drukke weg, waar je overigens binnen niets van merkt. Entree is netjes ingericht met een kleine lobby en ontbijtzaal. Medewerkers erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt is niet overdreven, maar wel ontzettend goed en lekker. Warme broodjes en croissants, alles is vers.
Er is een bar en een mini-shop voor de lekker trek: o.a. chocola, chips. Parkeren kan voor de deur of in de ondergrondse garage. Wil je dat niet, dan kun je ook parkeren in de naastgelegen straat. Bedden prima met keuze uit twee soorten hoofdkussens. Metro op loopafstand.
De kamer is klein en een beetje sfeerloos. Voor een wat langer verblijf, mis je waarschijnlijk een kledingkast. Badkamer leuk ingericht en schoon. Er zit alleen weinig kracht in de waterstraal van de douche. We hadden zelf graag een tweepersoons dekbed gehad, maar dat is persoonlijke voorkeur.
Let de eerste keer bij aankomst op de op/afrit naar Moods: deze is vrij drastisch naar rechts als je wat hard komt aanrijden... Kom je vanuit Dortmund weer terug naar het hotel, dan goed opletten waar je de drukke weg kunt oversteken, mis je dat, dan aardig stuk omrijden.

Goede bedden en dekbedden. Propere en schone kamers. Alles was aanwezig voor een goed verblijf. Hebben 1 nacht overnacht n.a.v. een bekerwedstrijd van BVB.
Tevreden over het hotel.
Ligt kort bij de U-bahn, maar is niet de meest handige verbinding.

The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. Good shower and excellent breakfast. Staff was friendly.
The windows were towards a busy street but when the window was closed there was no noise, so not a problem really.

Clean hotel, specious room
No coffee or tea facilities in a room. Not a very friendly staff. Three people on the reception when we arrived not one try to make an eye contact or smile, very basic check in made us feel like aliens.
