this hotel is centrally located 👍👍 surrounded by restaurants Chinese, malay food stalls, Korean bbq, baskin robin, family mart, coffee bean, CU mart. Beside lobby is Watson & Starbucks 🍵 the room is clean and bed comfortable, family room for 3 people is no window and no air conditioner, TV can connect Netflix, YouTube 👍👍👍 included breakfast Lao Yao Gui Gui

Staff were not accommodating, often reply was, mgt not agreeable. except for Mr Aziz , very helpful

Good for families with young children.Lots of activities for kids. Many eateries etc

Very noisy till late Night, kids screaming etc. Hotel could not change rooms they were running full house. Hotel is not elderly , disabilities friendly , have to climb flight of stairs to lift landing. Hv to carry strollers up too. No electric kettle in the rooms , except suits. Have to collect hot water at reception area. We requested for electric kettle for elderly people; staff claimed they don't have enough. Could place water dispenser at every floor and do away with mineral water for each room to reduce usage of plastic. Parking, our driver who owns a transport Co was told that free parking is on 1st come 1st basis , only for hotel guest. He was a hotel guest . So why such ridiculous reply , no common sense at all. Staff were abru. Breakfast , no value for money , might as well hv fast food.

Modern hotel met fijne bedden, hygiënisch.

Nadeel dat het hotel in een lawaaierig winkelcentrum ligt. Je ziet niets van het landschap. Voor een kort verblijf prima.

Not very happy, the room is too small for 3 peoples and there is no window.

Wonderful!

In the middle of Centrum. Alive at night, so many choices of foods if you dont want to go out from your place. Many kids attraction, so you can spoil your kids.

SIMPLE CHOICE OF BREAKFAST FOR ONE PERSON EACH SET ONLY. "OUTSIDE TRUCK FOODS". (PORRIDGE WITH YOU TIAO / DRY MEE) LOCATION NOT BAD, BUT TRUCK FOODS STAFF SERVING WAS SO UNFRIENDLY, ESPECIALLY ONE OF THE MALAY TALL GUY, WAS SO RUDE BEHAVIOR.

Small and spacious

It’s really clean and the room is quite big too. They have slippers upon requested also.

- we booked the room facing the shopping mall with window, lack of privacy. - so limited parking in front of the hotel, the rest parking was also reserved for customer. We have to park the shoppe mall’s parking.

könnte nett sein, leider überwiegt das negative

Schöne Zimmer, neu und minimalistisch. Lage war für tagsüber super. Das Personal war wirklich freundlich, immer gelächelt und hilfsbereit.

1. Sauberkeit lässt sich diskutieren. Fenster waren nicht sauber, am Waschtisch klebten weiße Zahnpasta flecken vom Vorgänger. Hatte ein langes schwarzes Haar im Bett bei der Ankunft. 2. beim Duschen lief das gelbe wasser unter der duschglaswand durch, überflutet die toilette. Da war dann alles nass, was ich nicht sonderlich toll fand. War wohl kein Silikon benutzt worden. 3. Die Regel, man darf kein Essen und trinken von außerhalb rein nehmen, nichtmal snacks. Was ist das denn?! Das Hotel hat nichtmal ein restaurant, wo man essen könnte geschweige denn eine minibar mit getränken. 4. Man wird nachts eingeschlossen, was ich absolut unverschämt finde! Sie Front tür ist zu gesperrt und ansonsten Rollos herunter gelassen. Das geht gar nicht. Wollten um 7:30 auschecken, es war keiner da und alle Türen zu. War auch nirgendsgesagt worden. 5. LÄRM! Wir haben pro Nacht vielleicht 4h geschlafen. Bis 24:00 Uhr ist draußen von der Mall laute Musik mit Diskolicht. Kinder schreien. Wenn das aufhört, kann man alle lauten Autofahrer hören, die wohl nachts ne Tour drehen. Noch dazu bimmelt der Fahrstuhl unglaublich laut, man hört ihn zu jeder Zeit egal welche Etage er anfährt. Morgens wird man dann um 6 Uhr erst vom Moschee Gebet per Lautsprecher geweckt und dann bis 7:30 labert jemand ununterbrochen etwas in die Lautsprecher. Heißt Ruhe ist wenn zwischen 01:00-06:00. Wenn man weiß, dass man an so einem standort baut, warum baut man dann fenster ein, die nichts isolieren. Man kann sie auflassen, es ist egal, sie haben keinen dämpfenden Effekt. Die Tage in CH waren nerven aufreibend. Wir haben einfach nicht geschlafen.

A hotel with a lot of potential, wanted to love it, but can't

The look of the hotel is very appealing. Being in a building like this, the room does not feel small or impractical. It does not feel like an apartment or boutique hotel stay. The breakfast arrangement is a great idea (since there is no kitchen) and to me it is awesome. The fixtures (like clothes rack, fan with remote) and furniture work quite well. It is a good idea to keep running costs as low as possible to provide lowest prices possible with high quality and value to customers. Eg. A common ironing board is very acceptable since not everyone uses it. Just for emergencies, less maintenance needed. Some care had been placed on sound proofing. We met a lot of staff over our 3 days there. Sabrina stands out as being professional and very service oriented.

And then there are some ideas that are good on paper, but falls short in delivery. Some of them are: 1) Bellboys - they are a great touch to make the experience closer to a real hotel stay. However, the bellboys we met were very eager to wait at the car and come grab our bags as soon as we parked. For not many bags, two of them turned up. They rush us into the room telling us no need to take off our shoes, and once done offloading, kept the door forced open and asked for tips. I usually tip staff who give good or sincere service, but with bad service, I tip less on purpose. When the bellboys received it, they dare to say too little for two people. The tallest guy was the most bad attitude and demanded more tip. 2) Rationing of towels - while it make sense to provide the right number of towels to the rooms, sometimes things happen. I literally had to beg for an extra towel, like I am someone from a jail cell, just for 1 towel. This is a first in my 2 decades of travelling, a story i can always tell now. 3) Parking on premise is limited. So on paper it is a good idea to ration out parking cards. However we booked the suite for 5 pax. We were told we can only have 1 parking card (came in 2 cars). The second car has to be double parked. Halfway having dinner, the staff called. We were having steamboat dinner. Had to walk all the way back, and understandably the owner of the leaving car showed very unhappy face. This 1 card policy adds inconvenience to the customer. 4) Male night front desk staff does not seem to be trained for the service industry. 5) Leaving the windows open circulates the air in the room but introduces mosquitoes and sleepless nights. 6) No hand soap means washing hands needs frequent walks to the wet shower area for bath soap. 7) Slippery toilets 8) Don't try to fish customers with low prices only to add on "additional charges" during check out. It leaves a very bad taste in our mouths.
