Clean & functional with good location, a little tight on space.

Good location for the old & new parts of the city. Nice & clean.

The bed was on a raised “mezzanine” area within the room and there wasn’t much headroom. Shower was a bit tight to get into.

Unlivable and not worth the money

The property was non-functioning.

Upon arrival on first day the hot water boiler broke and leak all over the apartment. Luckily we were able to locate shut off valve to save the apartment and neighbors from certain damage. Unfortunately this also meant we had no running water or toilet. We were forced to use the museum and local establishments for restroom facilities. We were also informed that the issue with the boiler couldn’t be fixed and that we would have to vacate the apartment. We vacated and bought a hotel at significant expense. Despite saving the owner from what was certainly thousands of dollars of damage, the staff would not issue a refund.

Dirty apartment on an excellent location

The location and price given the location. Decent heating. End of story.

During many years of travelling, we have visited a good number of B&Bs and Booking apartments. Unfortunately, we have never been to a place as dirty as this, and on top of this the communication and responses of the hosting agency were bad to say the least. First things first, when we entered the place for a 3-night stay, we immediately noticed the absence of hand soap in the bathroom, and we only found a half-used toilet paper roll. When we communicated these to the hosts, while they did offer to come and bring the soap, they told us that toilet paper is only provided for the first day! Even if that was the case, they did not even comply to this and did not offer to do anything about it. Our feeling is that they did not even check the bathroom, and whether a visitor will find enough soap, shampoo etc is just a lucky strike. And then there was the cleanliness of the space. Bare in mind that the apartment is relatively small, and with a checkout time at 12PM and check in at 3PM, there is enough time to exhaustively clean this place at least twice. In a few details, we found: i) Make-up spots in the bathroom by previous users ii) Dirty spots in the internal stairs where we could see the hand-print of people who were there before iii) Dust in almost every part of the apartment iv) Used cups with coffee spots that were either not cleaned at all or just cleaned with water and the returned to the cupboard and a few more that would make this review too long to read. Last but not least, the small couch of the apartment had one leg broken, making it very difficult for two person to sit together. Overall, it is a pity that this place which could easily be a well-maintained apartment in an excellent location in the city is treated that poorly by its caretakers.

Horrible et illégal, une conciergerie à fuire !

Rien, c'était horrible et illégal. La conciergerie répond certes rapidement, mais n'apporte aucune solution viable. Un dispositif de traçage illégal sur le trousseau de clés était présent, avec un système de blocage pour éviter de l'enlever. Des traces étaient présentes sur les draps ; le canapé, dont les vis étaient apparentes, était inutilisable à cause de son assise à 30 degrés, car complètement cassé. La boîte à clés pour récupérer les clés se situe à plusieurs rues du logement. Bref, horrible séjour pour seulement deux nuits.

Bien qu'ayant signalé qu'un dispositif de traçage était présent sur le trousseau de clés, et que ceci était illégal, la conciergerie n'a pas accepté de l'enlever. Le canapé était également cassé et inutilisable ; pour « m'aider », ils ont proposé de m'apporter un plaid. Vraiment, si vous aimez qu'on se moque de vous, il n'y a pas mieux que cette agence. Sinon, je passe sur les traces noires sur les draps, aucune prise à disposition pour recharger un téléphone et la boîte à clés située à plusieurs rues du logement. Une belle arnaque ; le pire, c'est que l'appartement est encore en location suite à ces retours.

Tout fonctionne comme indiqué.

Un peu décu par le manque de flexibilité sur l'heure d'arrivée. La conciergerie a visiblement une politique stricte surement confortable pour eux, mais assez contraignantes pour les clients.

Emplacement idéal centre ville Cosi mignon

Chaleur due à la météo ( canicule) Douche minuscule Surtout : Moustiques x 1000 Et puces de lit ! Inacceptable ( après 2 nuits en pensant que c’était les moustiques uniquement fautifs..) Certes le lit mezzanine difficile d’accès mais il faut insister sur l’hygiène !!
