From your private and expansive Bahamian-style wraparound balcony, you can sit back in a comfortable Adirondack chair, enjoy a beverage, and take in the day or evening scene below. Duval Street hosts colorful parades, conch train tours, pedicabs, locals, tourists, the rich and famous, kids headed for ice cream at Flamingo Crossing, and sun worshipers headed for the beach. When you've enjoyed watching enough of the goings-on for one sitting, disappear into the residence through any of six French doors. On the front side, four doors open into the living room; on the left side, one door opens into one of the baths; on the right side, one opens into the guest bedroom. With all four glass doors flung open to the balcony, the living/dining area is flooded with gentle light and tropical cross breezes. Even with the doors closed, this great room is delightfully open and airy thanks to an impressive cathedral ceiling.
