Its a single floor unit and there's no stairs inside the house. We are in the front while the neighbor is in the back. The two units are separated by two single car garages so there is no shared walls to bedrooms or common areas. Therefore, you cannot hear the other unit (though sometimes you do hear their laundry machines if you are in the garage). This unit was recently renovated and majority of the furniture are new. The neighborhood is quiet and its very easy to park along the street or on the driveway. Note that the driveway is shared with the other attached unit. ****FRESH LINENS BETWEEN EVERY RESERVATION: We use duvet covers only and not comforters so that we can change to fresh duvet covers between *every* reservation on top of changing all sheets, pillow covers, and bed covers.
