An ideal location for fishing or kayaking the bay or creeks, the Cove has access to the Atlantic Ocean for off-shore fishing or sightseeing. Captains Cove features numerous amenities that offer something for everyone. The Marina Club Restaurant and lounge provide upscale pub quality fare, while the Town Center Grille provides breakfast & lunch "To-Go" by the golf course. At the Town Center, Captains Cove Golf Course challenges golfers with one of the finest experiences on the Shore. The home is accessible with a keyless entry. An entrance code will be provided before your stay. Parking for 4 cars is available in the driveway. The driveway also fits boats and campers. Captain's Cove does not allow arrivals or departures on Sundays or after 10 PM. Occupancy of 6 is enforced. The HOA requires all Hosts to submit guest information to the management office before their arrival. I will need to submit all guest names, the lead guest's phone number, and the make, model, and license plate number of the lead guest’s car. The clubhouse, pool, golf course, and tennis courts are less than a mile away. The resort fee is $15 per day, per guest, and weekly rates are available. The clubhouse is located at 3323 Dock Court. AMENITY ACCESS MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE for last-minute bookings, and the HOA does not issue refunds on passes due to weather. Amenity Fees are subject to change per HOA.
