Anyone who loves the cozy, modern country-house style will find the perfect vacation home in this 63-square-meter apartment in the heart of the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. The apartment, located on the mezzanine level of the annex to the historic villa, can accommodate up to four people. Just a few steps away, you’ll reach the promenade with its shops and restaurants, allowing you to enjoy the apartment’s ideal location.
The living room is decorated in warm shades of brown and beige, creating a harmonious transition to the cozy sitting area and the open kitchenette. Put your feet up in one of the two comfortable wingback chairs, or gather with your family for a game night around the seating area. Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your own meals even while on vacation. A Nespresso capsule machine is available in addition to the drip coffee maker.
The two bedrooms, like the rest of the apartment, were designed with great attention to detail. Each room features a double box-spring bed with Talalay latex toppers, a wardrobe, and its own flat-screen smart TV. The windows can be blacked out.
A truly unique highlight is the starry sky painted on the ceilings of both bedrooms by an Austrian artist. You can’t see it in daylight, but at night, when you’re lying in bed and your eyes have adjusted to the darkness, the artwork reveals its very special charm. In addition, the second bedroom provides access to the shared terrace, which is furnished with sun loungers. If you prefer a bit more privacy, you can use the second, private, and covered terrace from both the first bedroom and the living room. This terrace also leads to the building’s communal outdoor area with beach chairs. The bathroom, featuring a shower, vanity, toilet, and a few extra amenities, offers plenty of comfort.
In the basement of the older building, there is a wellness area—free for your use—with a sauna, steam room, and a small fitness room. You can obtain laundry tokens from the on-site reception desk to use the washing machines and dryers in the villa. You can store your bicycles securely in the lockable bike room. You can park your car in one of the covered parking spaces next to the building (entrance height: 2 meters).
