An exceptional apartment, fully renovated in 2022. This apartment is located right in the heart of Marseille’s Old Port. It features a large balcony with a breathtaking view of the Old Port.

- a bright living room opening onto the large balcony
- an entryway with two large closets
- a bathroom with a shower
The apartment
Located right in the heart of Marseille on the Old Port, you’ll have a front-row seat. Enjoy the incredible view while relaxing on the large balcony—whether it’s a sunset at cocktail hour or the spectacle of boats coming and going right before your eyes.
The location is ideal. The metro is right at the building’s doorstep. The departure point for boat trips to the Calanques is 50 meters away. Once you arrive, you’ll feel like you’re on vacation. You’ll enjoy the best the city has to offer (restaurants, bars, must-see attractions, etc.) by simply taking a walk from the apartment.
