This property has many unique features: It is a town location. It is not way out on the golf course. Car Hire is not needed - this could save you hundreds of euros. It is very close to shops and cafes It is close to the last stop on the kids train - ideal !!! It is totally secluded, private, safe and secure. There is no overlooking of this Villa at all. It has a large 10m pool. It has a chemical free pool so very kid friendly (skin, hair, eye safe !!!) Pool safety fence - total peace of mind !!! Fantastic kids pool slide for hours of fun - they will love this !!! Kids play area with Sand Pit, Play house, Putting, Skittles, Football Table, Toys, Basket Ball ring, Punch bag, Professional Dart board. *** The property has high speed Fibre wifi - same as back in UK - ideal for large parties and home working and for kid streaming YouTube *** (* check competitor properties have Fibre; if they do not; you will be disappointed, I can assure you!). Car hire is not necessary so you can save money. The plot size is 600m2 and the floor area is 160m2. It stands elevated and is not overlooked. It is totally secluded. The roof terrace has uninterrupted views of the ocean & Calete Harbour. Swimming Pool. This is a large 10 x 4 metre pool. It has a fantastic water slide for hours of fun! There is a removable child safety fence, if you desire. There is heating in winter (local charge applies). There is a solar blanket. Water quality is maintained by a high-tech system that does not use harsh chemicals (child skin and hair friendly). There is a shaded child 'grass' play area with play house, football table, sand pit etc. There is 42 inch UKTV (SKY sports, BT sports, sky movies, movies on demand, BBC, ITV, C4) and High Speed Fibre WiFi (Internet). There is a separate TV with PS4 in bedroom 3. Sleeping is a king bed, Double bed, 2 singles, and 2 singles.

We had a wonderful holiday in Villa Fin for two weeks, the villa is perfect, we had 6 adults and the facilities are amazing. The pool is perfect size and nicely heated, the villa is very well equipped. Lots of little seating areas which is perfect if you want to either sun bathe or sit in the shade. Very private location. We really loved it here and would definitely come again, really recommend! Thanks all.

Just back from a wonderful week with the family. The villa was all and more than we expected. The pool was heated to a lovely temperature which we all used in the morning and afternoon. If we needed anything we called Sue who was very good and sorted things very quickly. I would recommend this villa to anyone.

The villa was great. Very spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was fenced off which was great as I was there with a 4 and 1 year old. The grandkids had great fun in the outdoor play area. It was about a 10 min walk to a few pubs and restaurants and a 25 min walk to the main resort area where there was a good selection of restaurants. My only negative would be no air conditioners in bedrooms but overall, a great stay.

The villa was very spacious which was lovely and the pool was heated perfectly. Just the right temperature to allow you to cool down but also to stay in the pool and enjoy being in there for long periods. The sheltered area around the side was great for our son to play in the shade too.
I like the fact that there are plastic plates and cups to use outside. I always think this is a good idea but hardly any villas supply these so I was very grateful to see them.
The one disappointment was Sue came to see us on arrival and we advised one of the fans wasn't working and neither was the outside shower which the instructions said you must use before going in the pool. Sue advised the shower had been broken for ages so just to leave and that the maintenance guy would be out the following day to sort our fan but he never showed up all week.
Overall a lovely, well equipped villa and great communication from Iain the whole way through.

9 of us stayed here for 11 night. Villa is lovely and big and the outside space is huge. A few little things the outside at night was very dark as the pool lights weren't working and a few lights around the seating areas to so we just sat inside at night. The fans inside the villa wernt very good at all so definitely need to invest in some good fans and maybe some more comfortable mattress. Apart from that though it was amazing. Nothing spoilt us having fun. Close to bars and restaurants so villa is in a perfect location. Ian and sue we're there to answer any questions we had. We went to fado rock stakehouse a couple of times it had to be the best stakehouse we've ever been to so definitely recommend going their. Market is on Tuesday and Saturdays it's brilliant for a bargain. Overall I would definitely recommend this villa it's lovely and in a great location. 👌👌

The villa is up a hill but under 3 euros for a taxi close to supermarket,bars and restaurants.It has a lovely view from roof top and the pool is lovely but my one complaint is it needed a handrail to get into it especially for older people and the pool light was broken which made it dark at night for a late swim. Would definitely go again

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was a great size, beautiful views, fabulous pool and an ideal location for us.
Although the villa was great it could do with being updated as parts are looking tired especially the outdoor furniture, my husband sat on one of the loungers and it snapped in the middle as the wood was rotten and it was disappointing that the hammock was missing the canvas sections also it was only the frame that was there.

This Villa does not disappoint absolutely beautiful so clean and perfect for any family or group and any problems are dealt with straight away by sue who was there to great us, shops are a 5-10 min stroll down a slope with restaurants and two shops for everything you might need. I look forward to staying again in September.

We arrived at the villa late in the evening, the key was left in the keysafe at the gate. This is not the largest villa we have stayed at in Caleta but the villa was clean and tidy and large enough for us. One of the bedrooms is an annexe and has no bathroom so is not suitable for young children. Nice play area outside under cover for children to play, with plenty of children's toys, this kept the grandchildren happy. Nice large TV in the lounge with plenty of channels to choose from, WI-FI was good in the main villa but did not reach the annexe. Kitchen well equipped with plenty of plates and cutlery. The dishwasher was a bit small and would benefit with a full size one. Nice new washing machine which was used a few times. The pool was large enough and was fenced off for safety. The only issue with the pool was that it was supposed to have been heated but after a few days started getting very cold. I reported this to the rep who sent the pool guy out, he said all was working as it should but the very next day the pool became very warm, so not convinced it was working as it should have been. Nice roof terrace to catch the last rays of sun. The villa is 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket and restaurants, and about 20 minutes down hill to the main town where there are lots of restaurants, taxi back up the hill was less than 3 euro. The area was OK but there were roadworks nearby which became noisy at times but nothing to worry about.

Lovely Villa, well equipped with great outdoor space! Sue was available any time for any issues, we had a small issue with rear bedroom due to some big downpours but no problem moving around stuff to accommodate and make sure stay went well. Thank you for a lovely time, all of our party said would happily return

Just like coming to our Fuertavetura home from home, loved it 1st visit, loved it 2nd visit, and will be back, for Spring or Summer break.

Our stay could not have been better. The villa is beautiful and conveniently situated for shops etc… All aspects of our holiday were catered for and our party ranged in age from 3-60. Everyone was in agreement that we wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa again and would recommend it to others 😊

Everything is in this villa that you would need for a fantastic holiday. The villa is very clean. The children's play area was well used by our 3 year old Granddaughter.
The place is huge inside and out. The heated pool is an added bonus especially with little ones.
The Wi-Fi is the best we have had anywhere we have stayed.
Sue came and met us and was very friendly and very helpful. She even came back the next day when we had a problem with the safe.
A great place and a fantastic holiday.
We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

A lovely villa, perfect for families, all the extras of toys and games were ideal. Great communication with owner. Would definitely return. Only downside was no air conditioning, but lots of fans dotted around really helped.

We arrived late we would have appreciated a welcome pack which we have been used to before . Especially some water .
With a check out at 10 am and a flight at 20.20 we were told in a previous conversation we could leave our cases but 3 days into our holiday we were told we had to leave at 10.00 with our cases . We then spent a frantic day searching for a place and someone to help us out . We eventually came across a villa with extremely helpful owners who let us rent their villa for 70 euros to use for the day. We had a 3 year old grandchild and another granddaughter who was 35 weeks pregnant in our group. Regards Stephen Berry

Cannot thank the host enough for allowing us the use of the villa on an alternative date due to needing to cancel at short notice because of new rules on covid All aspects of the villa were excellent the accommodation was better than the pictures shown It was very spacious inside and out and outside there was various seating areas to suit all needs at all times whether you wanted full sunshine or shade
Inside there was everything you would require on a holiday eg hairdryers/ hair straighteners
Representative Sue who was very pleasant informative and helpful was on hand 24/7 if required

Amazing villa.
Everything you need for a fantastic holiday.
The place is huge inside and outs and even better than the pictures suggest. The heated pool is amazing and there’s lots of information on how everything works.
The Wi-Fi is the best we have ever had anywhere and the tv has everything that you could possibly want to watch no matter how young or old.
Sue came and met us and was very friendly and very helpful.
Even the neighbours were great and so friendly.
All in all a great place and a fantastic holiday.
We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. The only thing we would change personally would be to swap the football game for a pool table however this isn’t a criticism in any way.
Anyone thinking of booking here should do it. You definitely won’t be disappointed.

Fabulous villa we will definitely return too.Decor lovely large heated swimming pool tv will every channel you can think of,centrally located in resort with supermarket close by. Owner easy to contact and sue who looks after the villa on site a great help ensuring everything goes to plan.

Absolutely great place to stay, pictures did not do it justice. Had everything you could possibly need and catered for the youngest of children to the oldest of adults. Short stroll into the centre of resort with bars, restaurants and a lovely beach. There was a well stocked supermarket a 5 minute walk away. The pool was absolutely amazing, lovely and warm and our 5 and 3 year old just loved being in it as did the rest of the family. The pool gate was great for the young wanderers and we knew they were safe. The little play area round the side of the property was also well used. Thanks for letting us use your villa for our first family holiday in 3 years.

This suited our family but it could quite easily accommodate two families because there is so much space both inside and out. The villa rooms are enormous, three large bedrooms and a 4th that is accessed from outside (but attached to the house) so would really suit teenagers who want privacy. Excellent TV system and wifi that works. The pool is a good size and the kids loved the slide. Plenty of shade if you need it and the kids corner with table football, basket ball hoop etc worked a treat for our two. One bar and a pizza takeaway within 100m but its a walk in to the small shopping centre for a few other restaurants (10 min walk) and a bit further to the centre of town where there are plenty to choose from (total about 20-25 mins). Supermarket 10 mins away. We were very happy with the villa and especially the terraces.

We had a wonder Christmas (11days) at Villa Fin , we where met by Julie who came to our rescue as couldn’t find the Villa in the dark ! Few little things that needed attention ie a light out and this was done the very next day . Very clean , felt very safe , kids loved the pool .
If you have mobility issues or breathing issues the Villa is about 20 minutes down hill to the sea and the walk up is a killer ! But taxi is less than 3 euro so not a big deal . We recommend eating at Nestors 5 minute walk and just behind the English supermarket but book before it gets very busy !

Absolutely amazing the villa had everything you need only a 10 minute walk to town Lots to keep the kids entertained and the pool was the icing in the cake lovely and warm and hours of fun was had by both of them.Would definitely recommend and will certainly be using again x

We loved villa fin, it was beautiful and really well equipped. The pool was lovely and warm and the kids totally loved the slide! Fantastic pizzas and a good bar just up the road.
