Love the location. Close to shops and amenities. It’s very clean. Check in and out were very smooth and easy. Jenny was exceptionally hospitable and helpful. I stayed here from the 4/10 until 18/10 to organise mum’s surgery and after care. I changed rooms several times ( not the property’s fault but my own requests ) but the property made the process so easy and smooth for me. They even offered to help move my luggage to the new assigned rooms. They checked in with me several times as well to ensure my stay was comfortable. They were quick to respond to messages.
I was sad to leave. It almost felt like second home. Highly recommend this property!
Maybe I’m being extra but I thought security could be different. Sometimes I thought about how easy it was for anyone to go in and out the property as no key card is required to go up the floors using the lifts.
