Welcome to Villa Torreón Benicasim, a Mediterranean-style villa located in a quiet area, a 5-minute walk from Torreón Beach and the town center; 100 meters from a bus stop, a supermarket, and a gym. It features a private pool and barbecue. The house has 5 double bedrooms with ceiling fans; 2 bathrooms and 1 half-bath; a fully equipped kitchen; a spacious living room; and a glass-enclosed terrace where you can enjoy breakfast. Free high-speed Wi-Fi; private garage for 3 cars.

” space at Villa Torreón Benicasim is located in the center of the lot, surrounded by the garden, the pool, the sun deck, and the barbecue area with a table and built-in benches.
The villa has two stories and a spacious basement/garage.

The basement level features:
- A garage with space for 3 cars. Outdoor tables, chairs, and lounge chairs; a portable clothesline; and several fixed clotheslines on one side. An iron and ironing board.

On the first floor, you’ll find:
-The glass-enclosed terrace with sofas/lounge chairs and a table. The windows are hinged so you can enjoy the sea breeze in summer and a comfortable temperature in winter thanks to the radiators.
-Entryway. You’ll find a guide with recommendations for restaurants, leisure activities, adventures, and more.
-The living-dining room on the first floor features two comfortable sofas and a sofa bed, a glass table, a wide variety of books, a stereo system, a 40-inch Smart TV with access to digital streaming platforms, central heating for the colder months, and a wonderful fireplace to make your stay even more romantic.
-The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, reverse osmosis water system, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, blender, etc…
It also has a TV and a table in the center of the room. Cleaning supplies and utensils are also provided.
-Full bathroom with shower, hair dryer, and first-aid kit.
-Bedroom with a double bed and views of the private pool.

On the first floor, there is:
-A half-bath in the hallway leading to the bedrooms.
-A room with a double bed overlooking the private pool
-A room with two single beds overlooking the barbecue area
-A room with two single beds overlooking the garden and barbecue area
-A room with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Each room features an en suite bathroom with a bathtub.

All rooms are double rooms and are equipped with ceiling fans for the summer months and radiators for the colder months. They also feature built-in closets with hangers for your clothes and are equipped with mosquito nets.

The bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, a hair dryer, and radiators for the colder months. The restroom is equipped with toilet paper and hand soap.

Bed linens and towels are provided.

For babies, we have a travel crib and a high chair for meals.

Guests have access to the entire property.

We will only accept requests that meet these criteria and will consider requests for longer stays.

MAINTENANCE:
The companies responsible for maintaining the pool and garden come every week to perform their work.

RULES:
Guests must keep noise to a minimum from 12:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

By law, all guests are required to register with the authorities*.
*To complete this process, we send a link for guests to fill out their information, present a form of identification, and sign the VACATION RENTAL RULES before entering the property.
