About this house rental
Our house was completely renovated in 2022.
It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Weißenstadt in the Fichtelgebirge, within walking distance of the market square and all the necessary shops. Unspoiled nature, with hiking and biking trails and endless space to marvel and explore, begins right next to the house. The lake is a 5-minute walk away.
Here’s what our house offers:

people (or 4 adults and up to 4–6 children)
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction cooktop, and oven
Dining room with a large table
Open-concept living room with a smart TV and a cozy couch
Library
40 m² wooden deck in the garden and a 15 m² breakfast terrace in front of the house, bathed in morning sun
400 m² garden with a fire pit, grill, and children’s toys included. Pets allowed upon individual request.

We had a good time, very nice house which has everything you need for a good stay. Owners were very nice answering all our questions quickly. We had a pleasant stay and the house was very clean when we arrived.

The home overall is beautiful and was located very conveniently in Weißenstadt. The play room was nice for our son and the rooms were clean and well taken care of. We had an issue at check-in where the host locked the third bedroom and did not provide us any towels for our stay. The listing clearly stated that it was a three bedroom house which is why we booked this listing. Upon contacting the host we received some push-back and were told that we did not pay for the third bedroom. We had to remind the host that there was nothing in the listing or during the check-in process, that restricted the number of bedrooms. It all worked out in the end, but it was a hassle as the only way we could get hold of the host, was via email and response was sometimes delayed.
