The apartment, located on the second floor of a fully renovated building, can accommodate up to five people and is ideal for those who want to spend a few days in a quiet and exclusive setting close to all the points of interest in the renowned city of Padua.
Our apartment, fully equipped with all the appliances needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible, features state-of-the-art technology that will perfectly suit your needs; the design is simple yet modern, colorful, and sophisticated.
The apartment is laid out as follows:
- Entryway with a coat rack where you can hang your jackets;
- Spacious open-concept area that combines the kitchen and living room: here you’ll find every amenity.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: stovetop, oven, microwave, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle. You’ll also find a table with four chairs where you can enjoy your meals.
The living room is equipped with every comfort: a one-and-a-half-sleeper sofa, a pouf that unfolds into a single bed, and a 45" Smart TV that allows you to log into your Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other accounts to spend a quiet evening watching your favorite shows;
- Sleeping area with a king-size bed, a very spacious closet, and distinctive exposed white wooden beams;
- In the bathroom, you’ll find: a sink, mirror, bidet, and shower-tub combination; A welcome kit (shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion), a hair dryer, and towels of various sizes are provided for your use.

This apartment is literally within steps to the historic squares plus a good grocery and farmacia. The space is well-stocked, comfortable, and the host was very responsive and pleasant. We were especially glad to have the elevator because one member of our party has mobility issues (apartment was two floors up). Be aware that narrow, one-way streets, plus construction, make it difficult to drive near the apartment for luggage loading/unloading. Be sure to factor the cost of city parking into your budget! Be aware that the "twin murphy bed" is actually a fold-out ottoman that is very hard and very narrow. We would stay here again gladly but not depend on using this as a bed.

Alberto is a very gentle and reactive host. The apartment is beautiful and the location is wonderful! We were waking up by birds song on a Sunday morning, it was very pleasant.

Everything was great with the exception of the water pressure in the shower (very weak.)

Nice place in good location. Several things were missing or didn’t work: striker for oven, hot water. Needed more instruction, for ex: we didn’t think “heat controlled remotely” meant that we had to call our host - when the remote control was right next to the sign. So we tried to make things work…to no avail. The host was responsive when we did call, but one of our days was spent staying home with (very nice) workers repairing things. I recommend that the host greet future guests to make sure they know how to use the facilities - and that they work.
