Designed with a 'slow' pace in mind, our hope is that you enjoy every part of your stay; from making local coffee by drip in the morning, lighting a candle while soaking in the tub, or strolling around the bike paths. You can adventure while renewing. Welcome to House of Manuel! This home was built in 1920's. Surrounded by large pines, you are walking distance to beautiful views of the flatirons and hundreds of miles of hiking. This is a guest suite. There is one large room above the garage that includes a King Bed, Twin Bed, optional full air mattress, and kitchenette. There is a full bathroom attached to this room. You will be welcomed with an entrance through the garage that leads you to a private entrance to the suite. This works well for a group of friends, two couples, or small families. Guest access While you're staying here, the suite will be your private oasis. You will have a keyless entry to come and go as you need. Feel free to explore the yard (we are on .6 acres), and say "hello" to our children that may be swinging on the front tree or the porch swing. Other things to note All the parking on the street is free. We have a reserved spot for you right in front of our mailbox. You will enter through the garage, this is a common space.
