Super central location.
Comfortable and clean rooms.
Check-in/out, hotel entry, and room access are all managed via a very convenient and efficient app.
Communication with the staff via WhatsApp—highly available, with quick, efficient, and professional responses.
Central location= but the street is quite noisy; it’s hard to sleep with the window open.
If the air conditioning worked whenever you wanted, rather than only when the building manager decided it was hot enough...
...then there would have been no need to open the window, and it would have been possible to enjoy a quiet night's sleep.

Location was perfect. It's close to every main attraction. You enter the room with code they send so there's no staff in the building which is not great. They reply the messages from whatsapp in 15 minutes, that's great but I would still prefer talking to staff face to face.
They don't have the maintance service everyday. The rooms were dirty.
