Great location at the beginning of the Palm

The location was nice on the palm, lots of restaurants and other places that you can visit on foot (a rarity in Dubai).

A few points: - The price point is high for what you're getting. The price isn't very competitive compared to other offerings in Dubai for the same price or less - The swimming pool areas are staffed by friendly people who want to help, but they are overcrowded and this really detracts from the experience - My check in and check out procedures were awful. On check in we were asked to wait 12 minutes until check in opened. The room can't be cleaned in 12 minutes, so that means it was likely ready. They just asked us to wait. Normally if a room is ready and you're a bit early then receptionists will just give you the room. - At check out the receptionist seemed to be all over the place. When I finally got her attention and was being served, she allowed herself to be distracted by the some Turkish tourists who cut to the front of the line to ask a question; she then ignored me until she had run around servicing their request. This is awful customer service and the Turkish tourists should have been told to wait, rather than making me wait.

The options at the breakfast were to die for....YUM!!

Immaculate hotel, fantastic restaurant and the staff from porters, concierge, room service, waiting staff and check in were all incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming

Отличные номера, приличная территория. Отдельно стоит отметить завтраки. Я не знаю, какой там клуше не понравилось разнообразие меню, видимо она до этого дальше Турции не ездила. Еда великолепная, на любой вкус.

Есть недостаток: рядом тусовочная локация под названием West Beach, в выходные пол-Дубая ломится туда бухать, из-за чего проехать к отелю практически невозможно. К счастью, с началом рабочей недели пробка исчезает.

Pool is mostly for kids, no possibility to swim for adults. Sea and beach are nice, although the width of the sea area is limited

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Essen toll, die Aussenanlage mit Zugang zum Meer super, das Hotel ist schön eingerichtet & es funktioniert alles sehr gut. Der M-Club ist sehr schön - sehr gutes Essen, tolle Atmosphäre, sehr nettes Personal. Alles ist sehr sauber und wenn das Zimmer noch den Darstellungen entsprochen hätte, wäre es super gewesen.

Wir hatten eine Palm Suite aufgrund der dargestellten tollen Verglasung, Aussicht & Grosszügigkeit gebucht. Letztendlich haben wir 2 Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungstür bekommen, bei der ein Schlafzimmer als Wohnzimmer eingerichtet war. Keine breite Frontverglasung, keine Grosszügigkeit da ja nun das 2. Bad und die nicht zur Nutzung bestimmten Teile wie 2. Minibar etc. die Grösse der "Suite" verringerte, 2 getrennte Balkons. Da hätten wir lieber gleich 2 Doppelzimmer genommen ohne Aufstellbetten und mit 2 voll ausgestatteten Bädern. Sobald jemand auf dem Flur ist, hört man alles in den Zimmern. Es hat 4 Anläufe gebraucht, bis alle Betten soweit aufgestellt waren, dass auch jeder eins hatte. Leider hat man uns bei unserer Ankunft um 8.30 Uhr das Zimmer auf 12 Uhr versprochen, letztendlich wurde es 15.15 Uhr, was nach einem 2-Stunden-Schlaf Nachflug nicht optimal war. 22 ml Bodylotion für 7 Nächte und 4 Personen war für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel auch nicht gerade viel. Die Poolliegen wurden jeden Morgen zeitig reserviert ohne grosse Nutzung.

I especially want to note the service staff. At the reception everything is very fast and clear, excellent cleaning, fast service in the restaurants. Very tasty and varied food in the restaurants. Large pool, great location, the hotel is very beautiful.

1. The wi-fi was not working well. 2. Of course, it is not the fault of the hotel, but a small fenced area of the sea can hardly be called the sea. We went to other beaches.

Sauberkeit, Früstück, Lage

Es war schwer freie Sonnenliegen zu bekommen.

Hotel is located in a very good spot, there are lots of good restaurants and bars, there is a big pool and private beach. Rooms are nice and comfortable.

The staff were not professional! There were many 'Like what?' moments. Service is not good! We accidentally left our cards in the room, so we had to get new ones. We used the phone next to the elevator to call reception. Whoever was on the other side was very rude and was not clear with the instructions on what needed to be done! The private beach service is almost non-existent. There is a button on the small tables, every time we clicked it, nobody showed up. Nobody is cleaning or looking after the beach at all, people leave towels there and nobody cares to pick them up! We had to leave early in the morning, so we decided to ask for early breakfast. The answer was, 'We can do that, but you have to pick it up with you and eat wherever you want!' We were okay with that, however, many hotels would bring early breakfast to the room free of charge! Upon checkout, we were expecting to have a package with the food, but there was no food, and the lady at the checkout did not even mention it! Worst spa salon we ever visited! During check-in, the guy gave us a voucher and said we could use it to have an extra 30min massage. We were very happy about that, but later at the spa, we had a hard time trying to explain to the lady at the spa reception where we got that voucher! Nothing was exciting about the massage itself, my wife even got back pain. The shower in the salon did not work, so we had to go back to the room to take a shower to get rid of the oil! In short, Hotel is good, staff and services are very bad!

Très bel hôtel . Mr baha à la réception est très compétent aimable ,sachant s occuper de ses clients .les conseillant bien. Beaucoup de considération , bravo et merci à lui ..très important que vous le gardiez pour votre hôtel !! Les restaurants le japonais dernier étage , l italien ,

La chambre le 1 er jour pas faite à 17h30, en rentrant de la plage c est très désagréable ,quand vous avez rdv avec votre fille et que vous ne pouvez pas etre à l heure ..j ai donc été obligé de descendre à la réception pour réclamation de cet incident .puisque vous n êtes pas pressé pour les faire et bien le dernier jour je ne serai pas pressé de partir a 12 h . Je ferai comme vous , le directeur a été obligé de venir ne disant pas un mot mais acquiescant,j ai demandé à ce que ça soit inscrit sur le computeur l heure du jour de mon départ …17h30 finalement rien n a été fait .ils m ont laisse parlé … Encore une fois Mr Baha a rattrapé le coup .et plus encore car c était le jour des inondations il m a conseillé de garder ma chambre puisque par erreur je l avais payée d avance ,il pouvait me rembourser , d aller a l aeroport et d avoir la chambre si jamais je ne pouvais avoir mon vol .très bon conseil car c est ce qui est arrivé .merci encore . Sa supérieur Mme Arlette aussi très compréhensive .merci . Je n ai pas du tout aimé les valets parking très chics en blancs et chap&eaux blancs ,mais inefficace au possible ,si pas de taxi ils n ont pas l appli uber pour vous en trouver un,dernier jour, le lendemain de la tempête ,il n y a pas de taxi , et alors on fait quoi ?on doit partir courir à Abu dabi car hôtel complet .il n y a pas de taxi .a part faire bel effet avec leurs tenues très chics devant l hôtel ils ne servent à rien!!!

Struttura molto ben curata e strategica come posizione. Un sacco di locali e ristoranti e bellissima passeggiata.

Sehr gute Lage

Suite für 4 Personen zu klein, es musste ein Zustellbett aufgebaut werden, was das Personal prompt gemacht hat.

The hotel is new, clean, rooms are comfortable and the house keeping service is outstanding, the hotel has a pool and an access to the sea which is very near, the location is absolutely amazing

If I don’t come back again to the Marriot the plan is the responsible of the GYM and the SPA, while I was doing my workout I want to have a protein shake which costs 50 dirham, I couldn’t have it as they asked to pay in cash or by a card, can you imagine that, you stay for a week in a 5 stars hotel but they couldn’t charge it to the room which is unacceptable at all. Also the desk of the GYM is almost empty, no one can help if you need it, I upload some photos. there is no free access to the steam bath or to the Sauna, you can use it only if you book for a massage which is unusual, The facility has a good gym

trotz HB sind Softgetränke nicht beim Abendessen inbegriffen. Ein Anruf ins andere Hotel hat über 47€ gekostet was für ein Inlandsgespräch absolut nicht nachvollziehbar ist.

Also, man muss wissen, dass in Dubai alles einfach riesengroß ist und so ist auch dieses Hotel genauso wie alle anderen Hotels in der Gegend ein Mammut. Es gibt zehn Restaurants, einen Spa, einen Friseur, einen eigenen Eisladen, ein Souvenirladen und ein Klamottenladen, und und und. Ich war mit meiner Familie unterwegs, wir waren alle noch nie in Dubai und wir haben anders als viele andere Leute das Hotel eher als Startpunkt für viele Unternehmungen benutzt. Unbedingt wollte ich einmal „auf der Palme“ wohnen… Und da hier in der Gegend alle Hotels nicht älter als drei Jahre sind, ist alles noch schön neu und sehr gepflegt. Weil die Taxikosten in Dubai gering sind, ist es auch nicht schlimm, dass man zu einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten eine etwas längere Anreise hat. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch das glaublich geniale Frühstück! Es war so im Detail geplant, dass sogar die geschnittene Wassermelone keine dunklen Kerne mehr hat… und es gab sehr viele Speisen, die aus verschiedenen Ländern der Welt kamen. Wirklich ausgesprochen gut! außerdem war es völlig in Ordnung, einen Latte Macchiato in den extra dafür bereit gestellten Bechern mit zum Strand oder Pool zu nehmen und als wir sagten, dass wir heute wenig Zeit hätten zum Frühstücken aufgrund einer Tour, wurden wir gefragt, ob wir uns nicht etwas vom Buffet mitnehmen möchten. Das fand ich super nett und habe ich so noch nie erlebt! Der Saunabereich ist getrennt für Mann und Frau, völlig in Ordnung in einem islamischen Land! Insgesamt ist es hier sehr international, aber man trifft auch viele Deutsche. Schade finde ich, dass sich viele Urlauber nicht an die Tradition des Landes halten können und sich mit viel zu knappen, Figur betonten und weitausgeschnittenen Oberteilen vor den zu unserer Zeit gerade im Ramadan befindlichen Männern präsentierten. Natürlich ist es auch ein Urlaubshotel mit eigenem Strandbereich, aber bis zur Liege könnte man sich ruhig an die Landes Gegebenheiten anpassen.

Überall liegt ein Teppichboden, der glaube ich auf Dauer schwer sauber zu halten sein wird, obwohl wir auch daran immer mal wieder jemanden haben putzen sehen.

Marriott Dubai é impecável! Funcionários super atenciosos, Lobby lindo e toda infraestrutura de um resort. Piscina com aquecimento adulto e infantil. Área de recreação infantil excelente. Nossa estadia foi incrível. O clube do hotel na praia privativa é ótimo. O quarto era lindo, amplo e com uma vista maravilhosa. Não pensaria em outro hotel ao voltar para Dubai.

O Café da manhã era bom, mas pela magnitude do Hotel poderia ser um pouco melhor com mais opções.

Die Palm Suite war sehr komfortabel, sauber und geräumig. Die Hotellobby sehr absprechend. Im M Club ein gutes, aber kleines Frühstücksbuffet, rund um die Uhr Trinkwasserflaschen verfügbar

Das Personal im M Club war sehr langsam und passiv. Leider wurden die Poolliegen schon sehr früh am Morgen mit Handtüchern vorreserviert, ab 8:00 waren keine mehr verfügbar.

I like the loby and the staff was amazing specially Valeria.. she was always there to assist us when we needed her..

Property was perfect and all in house restorants were perfect,good gym equipment and all other facilities…right on the west beach so very easy access to the beach
