About this apartment rental
A home for the most wonderful time of the year—that’s what we offer you in our vacation apartment for up to 5 people, located in a sunny, quiet spot in the idyllic vacation village of Wald am Arlberg at the foot of the Arlberg.
Our house was built in 2007, and our apartment was lovingly renovated between 2019 and 2026—most recently, the bathroom and separate toilet were updated, and the triple bedroom was furnished with natural wood.
We’re located on a private street in a quiet area with a spacious garden featuring a grill, including a breathtaking view of the beautiful mountains!
The Sonnenkopf valley station is about a 10-minute walk away, and the toboggan run passes right by our house.
The free ski bus to the Arlberg ski area is just a 5-minute walk away!
A dream destination for hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, biking, golfing, swimming, and simply unwinding—in both winter and summer!

Vacation Apartment:
Our ground-floor vacation apartment is 73 m² with its own entrance.
It consists of a double bedroom and a triple bedroom with three separate box-spring beds, a spacious kitchen-living room with a dining area and a cozy couch, as well as a shower/sink and a separate restroom. High-quality box-spring beds from Italy in all rooms ensure a restful night’s sleep in the mountains.
We renovated and redecorated the bathroom and toilet in the spring of 2025.
We furnished the triple room with natural wood and redecorated it in the spring of 2026.
The kitchen has been redesigned and is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, electric kettle, drip coffee maker, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, radio, and hair dryer.
We’re also happy to provide a high chair or a travel crib for small children.
On-site amenities: Stunning mountain views of the surrounding peaks! The Sonnenkopf ski area is within walking distance! The Arlberg ski area is just a 10-minute bus ride away! Unlimited travel by bus and train throughout Vorarlberg with our guest card!
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
