Truly disappointed

The location

This was my worst experience with a vacation booking. It was a surprise that I prepared for my family and I can tell you it was the last time I booked something with this company. - Our apartment was not ready when we arrived - we waited for about three hours to have our apartment. They said a special team came to clean it as the hosts before made it a mess. Three hours later we got to the apartment and I couldn't believe my eyes - it smelled like smoke, so bad and it was not cleaned at all. The kitchen was disgusting - there is no other word to describe it - dishes, glasses and pans were dirty, sticky. All over the place the floor was sticky with plenty of dust. The bathroom - dirty. There was no toilet paper and WC were burnt brown as it was really dirty We call them. They said they couldn't do anything for the day but they would give us a new apartment the day after. The day after, they took all morning to answer me. They said there was no other apartment so then I needed to insist so they could come back and clean it again. They did it - two more hours without the apartment. Still, the apartment was not properly clean after it. One of the bedsheet was dirty, the tv did not even work, there were no good cooking utensils, not even a towel to clean the dishes, not even a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine. There was no light in the kitchen neither in the living room. How can you do that to costumers? We were 6 - only 5 chairs. I mean, it was unacceptable. All of it. The worst of it, we felt like we were disturbing them, they did no t even truly care. Really bad experience, to be honest. Too expensive to be treated like this.
