A laundry room is also on this floor, as well as a den that features a queen sleeper sofa, a smart TV and a vibe that the kids of the house can call their own. An open deck and covered porch on this level offer the omni-present opportunity to relax alfresco whenever the mood strikes. The final bedroom, a king master with an ensuite bath featuring a tiled shower and free-standing tub, as well as access to a private deck, is located on the second level.
