About this house rental
Charming pavilion located near Disneyland Paris, La Vallée Village (30 mins) and Paris (50 mins), A4 motorway 5 mins away or SNCF train station 4 kms away.
On the first floor, the pavilion consists of a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher), a living/dining room, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with 1 double bed, a shower room and a separate toilet.
On the first floor, a 3rd bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. A baby bed, a baby bath and a high chair can be made available free of charge on request before arrival. Outside, you will have access to a private courtyard with 1 parking space, a garden with a BBQ, a garden lounge to have a good time. Whether with family or friends, enjoy the calm near various cultural and tourist activities in the Region: Disneyland Paris, Val d'Europe, Castles (Vaux le Vicomte, Pierrefond, etc.), but also the Champagne Route... Bed linen (except baby), towels and household linen are provided. All cleaning products will also be provided. You can enjoy your Coffee or Tea with free pods
Pavilion not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The Bernard cottage benefits from an official classification "in furnished tourist accommodation 2 stars", a distinction granted by Atout-France, an organization that also classifies hotels, tourist residences and campsites. A recognition of the efforts made to make this rental a comfortable place to live.... Second ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: We have chickens behind the house. We have to come to 2 times a day to feed them. But rest assured that you will not be disturbed, because in all discretion, we go through the basement, through which you have no access. Depending on the quantity, a few fresh eggs can be offered to you free of charge.
Internet and WIFI with Fiber.
Even if I have indicated it in the equipment of the house, I prefer to say it again here: there is no washing machine in the house.
The cottage has a reinforced socket designed for recharging electric vehicles. A financial contribution depending on the type of car (6 to 10 euros per recharge) will be paid at the time of departure.
The house is not available for rent for film or short film shoots.

Host met us gave us the tour if there home . Everything was just as nice as advertised. There were 5 of us and we all had a,wonderful stay.
