🏔️ Nestled in Les Contamines-Montjoie (1,164m above sea level) in a typical mountain environment, this Savoyard apartment is located in a quiet residence where you will have, from the balcony, a view of the park of the residence and the mountains. Its southern exposure allows you to benefit from optimal exposure throughout the year.

- Private ski locker (heated)
- On-site caretaker
- Heated indoor swimming pool (private at the residence. Open from 8:30 am to 8 pm from mid-December to mid-April and from the end of June to the beginning of September)
- Outdoor area with barbecue and picnic tables (only in summer)
The apartment is about 350 metres from the ski lifts, the shuttle stop, the downhill skiing, cross-country skiing and hiking trails. You are also a short walk from the Parc du Pontet and the shops. You will find a bakery, a mini-market, sports shops etc.

- A living room with dining table, chairs, a double sofa bed, TV, light fixtures etc
- An equipped kitchen area (household appliances: Induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, raclette machine, etc.). Kitchen utensils and crockery included;
- Cabin area with bunk beds + a drawer bed;
- A bathroom with shower, vanity unit, mirror etc;
- A separate toilet;
- An entrance hall with cupboard and shoe cabinet;
- A balcony.
✅ Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors are included in the rental.
⚠️ Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and shower gel are NOT INCLUDED.
🏞️ By staying in Les Contamines-Montjoie, you will have the opportunity to discover the beauty of the mountain landscapes. Located on the Mont-Blanc range, you can discover the Contamines nature reserve, the highest in France.
❄️ Winter: Les Contamines-Montjoie offers a ski area at the foot of Mont-Blanc with 120 kms of slopes between 1200 and 2500 meters above sea level. This ski area is renowned for its excellent snow cover. It offers spectacular panoramas from Mont-Blanc to Beaufortain. For the more ambitious, the Evasion Mont-Blanc pass gives access to 450 kms of slopes including St-Gervais, Megève and Combloux.
The Nordic area (also located about 350 meters from the apartment), offers 25 kms of cross-country ski trails in the magnificent setting of Notre-Dame de la Gorge.
Other winter activities such as ice climbing, dog sledding or carriage rides are accessible on foot or by shuttle.

The gondolas are also open to provide access to high-altitude hikes and magnificent viewpoints as well as downhill mountain biking.
The village of Les Contamines is a major stage of the Tour du Mont-Blanc, the last village before the Italian border, very popular with hikers, runners and trail enthusiasts.
