You can also book these apartments separately as 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom apartments. The apartments are connected by a double, lockable door.

Description of Apartment Anna No. 1: This light-filled 1-room apartment features a cozy sitting area located in the sunroom, which opens directly onto the terrace. The living and sleeping area features fresh shades of light blue and white. A comfortable TV armchair with a footstool is located in the living area. Additionally, you’ll find a flat-screen TV with cable, a DVD player, and a stereo system with a CD player—and, of course, Wi-Fi.
A dining area for 2 people is included.
The bright kitchenette, equipped with a microwave, ceramic cooktop, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, and small convection oven, has everything you need for relaxed cooking.
You’ll sleep soundly at night in the comfortable built-in double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). A wardrobe is also provided.
The well-lit bathroom is quite simple in design and features a shower.

Description of Apartment Henriette No. 3:
This colorful two-room apartment consists of a light-filled living room with a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm), a TV armchair with a footstool, and a built-in dining area for four people—the perfect setting to unwind. The flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player, as well as a stereo system with a CD player and, of course, Wi-Fi, all contribute to this.
The kitchenette is separated by a counter and open to the dining area, so that cooking together can be combined with pleasant conversation. The kitchen offers every convenience, including a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a microwave. In addition to a toaster and a kettle, a filter coffee maker is also available.
The bright bedroom, decorated in fresh green tones and featuring a charming quote, offers plenty of space for a restful night’s sleep. The comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), the large wardrobe, and the meticulously detailed furnishings all contribute to this.
The spacious and modern bathroom features a shower as well as a very wide and well-lit mirror.

A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement and are available for use with coins.

You can wind down your evenings on the beautiful terrace, basking in the evening sun.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Dogs are welcome!
Two outdoor parking spaces are available for your use.

The distance to the beach is 30 meters.

There is currently a construction site on the neighboring property. This may cause some noise disturbance.

The building features 1-, 2-, and 3-room apartments with balconies or terraces, all of which are cheerfully and comfortably furnished. Some apartments offer a stunning view of the Baltic Sea. The newly redesigned spa promenade, with its boutiques and shops, invites you to stroll and linger. A mini-golf course and tennis courts are just a few minutes’ walk away.
