Welcome to the "Seebrücke" apartment complex, centrally located in Scharbeutz.

From here, you can access the east-facing balcony with a view of the Dünenmeile and a side view of the lake.
The modern, built-in kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, 4-burner stove (ceramic cooktop), oven, and a dining area for 4 people.
The bedroom features a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m (quiet west-facing location), where a crib can be added. The apartment is fully equipped with laminate flooring. Additionally, this like-new apartment features a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
The building has an elevator that takes you comfortably from the first floor to the first floor.
