The comfortable living area, featuring a sleeper sofa (160 cm x 200 cm), two cozy lounge chairs with a footstool, a dining area for 4 people, and the beautiful terrace with seating, is perfect for total relaxation. The LCD TV with cable, stereo radio, and Wi-Fi enhance this experience.
The open, bright kitchenette with an oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, and dishwasher ensures a relaxed cooking experience. The electric kettle, toaster, and drip coffee maker add to the convenience.
The sleeping area, featuring a double bed (separate mattresses, 90 cm x 200 cm), carefully selected decor, and an additional flat-screen TV, allows you to unwind at night.
The spacious bathroom, featuring a toilet, walk-in shower, plenty of storage space, and good lighting, is also available.
There is an elevator in the building.
A bike storage room, washing machine, and dryer are available in the basement for a coin fee.
