Welcome to the "Residenz Alte Bergstraße 8" apartment complex in Scharbeutz.
This lovingly and modernly furnished 3-room maisonette apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the 3rd floor and features a south-facing and a north-facing balcony. The apartment features high-quality tile flooring throughout, with the exception of the bedroom, which has laminate flooring and is allergy-friendly. In addition, the entire apartment is equipped with starry-sky lights.
On the lower level, it features a light-filled living and dining area with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV (cable), a Blu-ray/DVD/CD player, Wi-Fi, and a dining area for 4 people.
The open, modern kitchenette includes a microwave, a dishwasher, a 3-star refrigerator, and a ceramic cooktop. The smaller bedroom is furnished with a sofa bed (1.30 m x 1.90 m). From here, you can access the small north-facing balcony. A guest restroom is available.
On the upper level, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, single mattress) and a large closet for luggage. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower, and a heated towel rack. From there, you can access the second balcony overlooking the spa gardens. The balconies are not wheelchair accessible.
The building has a bicycle storage room accessible via a staircase.
A free parking space is available at the building (parking space dimensions: width 2.20 m, length 4.40 m).
Free Wi-Fi is available to guests in the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
From May 15 to September 15, 2026, a seasonal beach chair is available to you free of charge at the “Capolino” rental property.
