This modernly furnished 3-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the first floor, right next to the spa park. In just a few steps, you can reach the beach promenade with its many shops and restaurants, as well as the fine-sand beach. You can easily reach the apartment from the underground parking garage via the elevator. Barrier-free access to the building is available via a ramp.
It features a tastefully furnished living-dining area with a terrace and a modern kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, sandwich toaster, and dining counter. The living area features a dining space for 4 people, as well as a modern sofa and a flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The two tastefully furnished bedrooms feature a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a fold-out bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). The larger bedroom features an additional flat-screen TV.
The modern shower room and a separate guest restroom round out the amenities. A washer and dryer are available in the bathroom.
A parking space in the underground garage (maximum clearance height of the garage is 1.90 m!) is available to you.
During the season 2026 (15.05 - 15.09.) a beach chair on the beach is included for you.
