This beautiful 3-room apartment offers 60 m² of space for the whole family. Located very close to the beach, this apartment is furnished to accommodate 2–4 people and is best suited for a family with two children. The center of Timmendorfer Strand is only about 800 m away. It features a balcony and is located on the first floor of the “Domizil Strandallee 180” building.
The living area is furnished with a cozy sofa set, and there are 2 sofas for you to relax on. The dining area and kitchenette are directly adjacent to the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a coffee maker. Of course, the apartment also includes a kettle, a toaster, and a dishwasher. Nothing stands in the way of cooking together in the evenings!
You can also access the balcony from the living area; it faces the lake. Balcony furniture is provided—relaxing here after a long day at the beach is a must!
The first bedroom is located in a room off the hallway and features a large closet.
The second bedroom can be opened up to the living room via a sliding door. It is not accessible from both sides, but a small closet is also available here.
The newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a beautiful sink. The shower is accessible via a walk-in entrance.
There is a coat rack in the hallway, along with a mirror and a small closet.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you.
