This 240 m² luxury apartment features 6 rooms in a prime location!
Located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand is the “Beach Loft,” which is equipped to accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment was completely refurnished in 2017 and is located on the first floor of the building. An elevator provides convenient access to your comfortable vacation home!
The spacious living room welcomes you with a light-filled dining area featuring a stylish table that seats all guests. The cozy sofa set is perfect for relaxing evenings, and a flat-screen TV is also available.
The kitchen is open-concept and very modern in design. You’ll find a kitchen island with a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a freezer compartment, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen also features a washing machine and a dryer, both of which you can use free of charge.
Your personal “Beach Loft” features three balconies (two facing southwest and one facing northeast). Want to soak up the sun or simply watch the hustle and bustle of the city center? Then you’ve come to the right place.
The first bedroom features a double bed, a flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet, and access to the rooftop terrace. The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed, its own flat-screen TV, and access to the rooftop terrace. Of course, the third bedroom also has a double bed; you can use the flat-screen TV, and it also provides access to its own balcony. All bedrooms are carpeted in beige.
This beautiful vacation apartment features two spacious bathrooms. The large bathroom features a bathtub, a shower, and a double sink. You can also use a towel warmer and a toilet. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a towel warmer.
As a special highlight, the apartment offers a so-called "recreation room." Exercise equipment and a foosball table for fun games are available for you! Relax and enjoy your time together—the apartment has plenty to offer even in the off-season.

Two garages (width: 2.35 m, height: 1.90 m) are available on the property for your cars. Access is via Poststraße.
