This 3-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand, measuring 80 m² and decorated in a Mediterranean country-house style, is located on the 2nd floor and sleeps 4 people.
The living room features a sitting area, TV, stereo (with DAB+, USB port, and Bluetooth), and DVD player. The cozy bay window provides enough space for the whole family to gather around the dining table.
On the same level is the separate kitchenette, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave.
From the living room, you can step out onto the west-facing balcony, where you can enjoy wonderful evenings overlooking the Baltic Sea.
Also on the first level is a shower room and a small storage closet.
A staircase leads up to an open loft with a cozy reading nook. From here, you have access to two bedrooms and the bathroom with a tub.
One bedroom has two single beds (each 90x200 cm), and the other has a double bed (2x90x200 cm) with access to the second, south-facing balcony.
From May 1 to May-15.09.2026, a free beach chair awaits you at the “Stefan” beach chair rental.
An underground parking space is reserved for you. Entrance height: 2 m.
Wi-Fi is available (no refund or compensation in case of disruptions or outages).
