on the 2nd floor. It measures 55 m² and consists of 3 rooms, accommodating 1–3 people. (Beach chairs on the beach are included during the summer season.)
It features a spacious living room with a south-facing balcony, a dining area in the tower, a cozy sofa set, and a comfortable kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, and oven, cable TV
(LCD flat-screen TV), and a stereo system.
A spacious bathroom with a shower, a separate reading and relaxation room with a comfortable fold-down bed for one person (90x200 cm), and a bedroom with a double bed (2x90x200 cm), cable TV (LCD flat-screen TV).
Free internet access / Wi-Fi and a flat-rate phone plan for calls to German landlines are also included. (No right to a refund or replacement in case of malfunctions or outages).
The apartment also includes an outdoor parking space (No. 27) and a bicycle storage shed.
A coin-operated washer and dryer are available for you in the basement.
