Welcome to this exclusive apartment in Timmendorfer Strand.
This 70-square-meter apartment, which accommodates up to 3 adults and 1 child, is furnished to a high standard with great attention to detail and is located on the first floor facing the garden.
The comfortably furnished living room features an Ambilight Smart TV and a Blu-ray player.
In the adjoining kitchen, which features a dining area and an exterior sunshade roller blind, you’ll find everything you need to make cooking a pleasure: a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, and more.
Thanks to its excellent southwest-facing location, the apartment is very bright and inviting. On the wraparound balcony with an awning, you’ll find plenty of space to relax with a wonderful view of the greenery.
The first bedroom features a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm, 2 separate mattresses), an exterior roller blind, and an additional LED TV. The second bedroom has a bed (140 cm x 200 cm), a pleated blind, and is equipped with a wardrobe.
The bathroom, featuring a walk-in, all-glass shower, naturally includes a towel warmer, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer.
You can conveniently store your luggage in the storage room.
All rooms have underfloor heating.
A bicycle storage room is available for your bicycles, and a separate parking space in the carport is provided for your car.
Wi-Fi is available (no refund or replacement will be provided in the event of disruptions or outages).
