About this apartment rental
This two-room ground-floor apartment measures approximately 48 m² and is equipped to accommodate 4 people.
The apartment consists of a living/sleeping area with an integrated dining area.
Here you’ll find a cozy sitting area with a sleeper sofa (140 cm x 200 cm), a TV, and blackout curtains.
The separate kitchenette has everything you need: an oven, a 4-burner stove, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, and a kettle.
On the southwest-facing terrace, you can relax and wind down at the end of your day.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, an electrically adjustable slatted frame (160 cm x 200 cm, separate mattresses), and a wardrobe. Blackout curtains are provided.
The apartment is rounded out with a shower room (the shower has a higher step-in height of 34 cm).
Newly installed bike racks are available next to the house.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you right next to the house.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.
