Bright, fully furnished apartment located in the heart of Athens, only 290 meters from metro Acropolis . The apartment has 3 bedrooms, spacious livingroom , fully kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Close to everything you should see at your visit in Athens, easy accesible by public transsport. Ideal for vacation or business trips with family or friends.

With respect to location, this apartment can't be beat. It's conveniently located near the Acropolis and its museum with numerous nearby restaurants. The Acropolis metro stop is also a few minutes walk. The apartment is nice with clean comfortable beds. Minor quibbles would include a bit of mold in the grout of the shower which could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly. The washer/dryer is inconveniently located upstairs, accessible by a spiral staircase or stairs which are outside the apartment. The washer/dryer is a single unit which has the advantage of going straight to drying immediately after the washing cycle; however, it lengthens the time required to wash and dry multiple loads of laundry. The air conditioning is effective in keeping the apartment comfortably cool despite the hot summer weather in Athens during our stay. There is a note which warns not to use all four room air conditioning units at once otherwise the circuit breakers could trip. The host is quick to respond to inquiries but the communication is not always clear. On the last day of our stay, the next family renting the place entered the code that they had and opened the entrance door at 7:30am though the checkout time is 11am. Luckily, we were planning to leave at 8am anyways though I would worry about how liability would be accessed for any damage to the apartment if multiple parties have access to the apartment. Despite the minor inconveniences, I would still have no problems staying here again.

This property is great. So close to the Acropolis and Acropolis museum. Close to Plaka. Made our one full day in Athens great. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The bedroom that is upstairs is a little sketchy to get to with the spiral staircase, we put our 20 yo up there. He liked it.

Perfect location … within steps from Acropolis and great restaurants ! Roomy enough for our family of 6 for a couple days! Nice rooftop deck also !

The location was excellent, close to the Acropolis and lots of great restaurants, and the hosts communicated well about how to access the property. There was lots of space and overall it was clean enough and had what we needed. However there were some minor issues. There were appliance parts, rolled mats and other random items in corners, cupboards and on shelves - many gathered dust and made it feel cluttered. The curtain in the main bedroom and blind in the lounge weren’t fully working. There were no instructions for the TV, it was very dusty and not fully connected - we weren’t able to use it, although admittedly did not contact the host for instructions. The upstairs bath/shower isn’t really useable. There is no shower curtain or screen to enable a proper shower and the bath jets were so full of mould/dirt that it couldn’t be used as a bath either.
