About this apartment rental
A 110-square-meter, two-bedroom apartment surrounded by greenery yet just a stone’s throw from the center of Chieti Scalo and local shops and the university—and we’re only 10 minutes from the beach. We offer our guests everything they need for a relaxing stay, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. 42-inch LED TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, 3 air conditioners (one per bedroom) during the summer months, and an outdoor area where you can eat.
A tourist tax of €0.80 per person per night is payable on site for up to 5 nights.
Casa Pila is a spacious apartment featuring a living room, kitchen, large bathroom with tub/shower, a bedroom with a double bed, a smaller bedroom with two single beds and a fold-out bed for a fifth person, a crib, and a balcony.
The rooms are large and spacious, and all are equipped with air conditioning units. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a modern sliding glass wall, and the rooms are furnished with a mix of rustic and modern wood finishes. We provide a washing machine, ironing board with iron, and vacuum cleaner for stays of at least 3 days.
Guests can also enjoy an outdoor area for lunch and dinner.
We accept pets, preferably small ones. Please notify us of any larger pets at the time of booking. Four-legged friends are welcome, provided they follow the house rules and are strictly kept on a leash in outdoor areas due to the presence of neighborhood pets.
Casa Pila has a private entrance and convenient adjacent parking on a closed street. The apartment is located on a private road.
We are always available to address any requests our guests may have to enhance their stay and improve our services.
