Dr. Karl-Krause-Straße 7, approx. 55 m², 1st floor, balcony, living room with sleeper sofa and satellite TV, DVD player, radio, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, oven, microwave, bedroom with double bed (electric blinds), bedroom with two single beds (blackout blinds) accessible via a loft staircase. Shower/toilet, hair dryer, coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement, one outdoor parking space in the private parking lot, no pets allowed; please bring your own bed linens and towels or order them for a fee no later than two days before arrival.
