Spacious and bright, an enchanting blend of Amalfi Coast-style ambiance and luxury design, adorned with beautiful locally hand-painted tiles, this apartment is the perfect choice for families or groups of up to 8 friends seeking accommodations in a central yet quiet area, just a few minutes’ walk from everything.
THERE IS A CAMERA OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT DOOR.
It consists of:
- "Capri" master bedroom: a queen-size bed (160x200), two single beds (95x200), a wardrobe at your complete disposal, and a safe. Great view of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius from the window, air conditioning/heating, flat-screen TV, free 24-hour Wi-Fi.
- Master bedroom "Positano": one king-size bed (170x200), two single beds (95x200), free 24-hour Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, USB ports, and a flat-screen TV. From here, you have access to the amazing furnished balcony with views of the sea and Mount Vesuvius, featuring a table, chairs, and a comfortable lounge chair for your relaxation.
- Two luxury full bathrooms offer every kind of comfort (towels, shampoo, body soap, hair dryer).
The bright living room, featuring a sofa and a vintage-style armchair, also serves as a quiet reading area. The adjacent furnished balcony offers a relaxing view of a green garden.
- The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, large refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric juicer, iron, ironing board, and everything you need for your stay.
TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax of €4.00 per person per night starting January 1, 2024
The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.

As part of the standard check-in procedure, all guests are kindly requested to present a valid form of identification, such as a government-issued ID or passport, upon arrival. This requirement ensures compliance with our security and verification protocols and helps facilitate a seamless and secure check-in process.
INSURANCE POLICY
We strongly recommend that you and all members of your party purchase travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation due to illness or death. Appropriate coverage should be purchased at the time of booking. Please note that in the unfortunate event of a cancellation due to any events, occurrences, or causes—including health reasons—cancellation terms will irrevocably apply.
VISITORS & GATHERINGS
You agree to the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by Elena & Vittorio. The property has a maximum number of guests allowed. You understand and accept that the number of people must not exceed the number of sleeping places stated in the property description. Should the property manager discover more people on-site than the maximum number allowed, as per the property description, the extra people may be asked to vacate the property.
LIMITATIONS
If you intend to use one of our apartments for any type of commercial purpose, such as photo shoots or filming, please inform Elena & Vittorio of this immediately at the time of booking. Such use will only be permitted with our written consent. You are not permitted to organize any private parties, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings at our properties without our written permission, unless clearly specified in the description. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an additional fee for your event.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Standard check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
It is your responsibility to check the permitted arrival time in the description of the property of your choice, as it may differ from the standard time indicated above, depending on the property. In case of flight delays or any unforeseen issues while traveling, please contact us. Late arrivals are subject to an additional fee (50 euros).

We stayed at this lovely properly with 4 adults and 2 kids. It is probably the cleanest property that I have booked. I loved the balcony and the sea view. It was on a quiet street, but still walkable to the busier areas. The host had cold water in the fridge, we never ran out of hot water for showers, and the air conditioning was excellent. Would definitely recommend this gem to families.

The host was very resposive. Check in was very easy and the apartment was just as described. It was very clean and made you feel at home. The location is great! If I return I will be sure to reserve again.

My husband and I loved this property. We could walk to everything easily, such as train, boats, restaurants and shopping. The apartment is comfortable, very pretty and cheerful, and it is immaculately clean. It also has an interesting and fun collection of art. The balcony overlooked the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. The owner, Elena, was friendly and helpful. She had great suggestions for restaurants and local sights, plus good tips on when to visit places like Amalfi, Capri, Pompeii, Herculeum and Sights on Naples. I would recommend this home to anyone. We were sad to leave!
