Le service client confie a une conciergerie professionnelle a ete une experience peu agreable
- une question posee en debut de sejour avec une reponse sur la defensive et avec un agacement certain
- un message demandant un service de location de linge. On a informe d un grand drap de bain manquant et deux taies d oreillers...aucun suivi
- pour le reglement de ce service via un lien, nous avons fais un premier reglement en ligne le jours de la livraison du linge ( preuve bancaire a l appui). Reglement non passe. Deuxieme tentative la veille du depart. Operation bancaire non passee. ( probleme de server visiblement). De suite nous avons recu un message nous traitant de Voleur et nous menacant de porter plainte
- aucun contact direct...que par mail c est plus facile pour juger et menacer les clients
- Apres avoir accepte 5€ de rabais sur cette commande que nous avons regle des reception du RIB, aucune excuse maus nous informe quand meme de vouloir apaiser la situation....de notre cote nous sommes toujours ete calme. Normal, quand on est en vacances, on a besoin d etre tranquille
Definition et role d' un service de conciergerie: La conciergerie fait généralement référence à un service hôtelier dont le rôle est de « veiller au bon déroulement du séjour des clients (accueil, conseils, renseignements) et de satisfaire leurs demandes (réservation de billets, location de voiture, etc.) ».
Suite a notre experience, nous avons plutot eu a faire a une personne qui a essaye d assurer un pseudo service client. La conciergerie hoteliere est normalement un service " haut de gamme" qui fait son possible pour que tout se passe au mieux! Le terme n est donc pas approprie pour cette organisation.

Dommage pour nous c etait la semaine de canicule et c etait intenable!
