- this comes close to a 10 - clean, neat, beautiful, comfortable - nice interior, little balcony to sit outside - warm pool and aqua park - nice guards at the guard house - very pleasant and communicative and flexibel hosts

- the downside would be the location which is a bit far to the south. - 35 min to the bus station Meru Raya / Amanyaya Bus Terminal with no traffic congestions by car - 15 min to Oldtown by car - expect a waiting time for GRAB of no less than 10 min up to 20 min (our experience) And just to be mentioned to be properly prepared: there are security around the pool who tent to fine you when not sticking to the dress code. Make sure you have the proper bathing stuff. However, this was not a problem for us and I definitely would recommend this appartement.

since the condominum is new, they are very strict with the rules. for the pool, you are compulsary to wear swimsuit. for hijabis, u are required to tuck in your hijab. there are also many securities around the pool so they will guard strictly

Think from the tenants point of view to prepared for most of the needed.

The place was impeccably clean. Very comfortable for my family (3 kids, 2 parents, wife and me!!). Each room had air conditioning, great facilities and ability to not worrying about car parking. Location great to get to all the top sites in Ipoh. Very lovely host also who was always available to help. Beyond our expectations! Thank you!

It’s a lovely apartment, very clean, easy access to the outdoor roofed parking lot and of course a very nice owner. They will meet you to give the key. Aeon is nearby.

The pillow is a bit too soft and the wifi signal is weak.

It was definitely a amazing experience to stay here. The unit is very clean, cozy, spacious and well designed. Water bottle and enough towels provided. Other kitchen tools, rice and water cooker, washing machine also provided. The host is very helpful and super responsive. My family like it so much! This unit is highly recommended and worth the money.
